Apartments Rates

  1 Night 2 days and more
Apartment per 2 guests 90,00 - 100,00  rates discounted depending on the dates of your stay, from 50 to 90
Apartment per 3 guests  105,00 - 115,00  rates discounted depending on the dates of your stay, from 65 to 105
Apartment per 4 guests*  115,00 - 125,00  rates discounted depending on the dates of your stay, from 75 to 115

(*) The apartment for the fourth person is suitable for children under 12 years.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE ABOVE RATES:

  • internet WI-FI,
  • colour TV with SAT decoder (DVB-S),
  • cooking area and electric kettle,
  • hairdryer,
  • courtesy kit Tuscan extra virgin olive oil biological,
  • bed and bath linen (free of charge bath linen change after 3 nights; other changes on request, at extra charge),
  • final cleaning of the apartment,
  • mosquito-nets at the windows,
  • private car park with automatic gate,
  • Swimming pool and garden use,
  • solarium with tables and chairs,
  • outdoor barbecue,
  • useful brochure (at your check-in),
  • credit card and cash card payment.

These are the prices that we apply per accommodation (not per person).

Check-in time

For the apartments, check-in from 3:30 to 9:30 pm (please notify for late arrivals beforehand); check-out from 06:30 to 10:00 am (may be extended by half an hour if requested beforehand and if the apartment is free). 

Payment and booking

When you confirm your booking, we usually request a 30% down payment on the total price of the accommodation (this percentage may vary depending on the amount), payable within one week of the confirmation (or other terms as agreed), by:
1) bank money transfer,
2) traveller’s cheques,
3) postal money order,
4) with credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa) only by www.paypal.com.
5)credit card through a secure system without registration managed by Stripe
6) with Satispay
Should you fail to make the down payment within the agreed term, we can suspend or cancel your reservation, with prior notification thereof.
The balance will be due on check-in.
The caution money (also due on check-in), amounts to 300.00 euros for the apartments, and 250.00 euros for the rooms; as an alternative, you may deposit an identity document.
If you will check-out before the established day, you will however pay the whole price.

 

Cancellation

The cancellation of the reservation can be made up to 7 days from check-in. In case of no show or late cancellation, a penalty equal to 30% of the entire stay will be charged.
