Our 2 apartments, furnished in the Tuscan style, with rustic flooring and chestnut beams, are both made up of a living-room with cooking area (with 2/4 gas rings, refrigerator, electric oven and crockery) and a comfortable double sofa bed, a double room and a bathroom (with shower, hairdryer and courtesy kit) and a separate bath anteroom.
Also provided: colour TV with SAT decoder (DVB-S), electric kettle, bed and bath linen, and mosquito-nets at the windows.
The apartments are cool and welcoming in the summer (the temperature never rises above 24°C -75°F, notwithstanding the lack of air conditioning), guaranteeing optimal and “natural” thermal comfort thanks to the careful refurbishing) and warm in winter (the apartments are provided with autonomous boilers).
